An initial  conversation  is the best way to help determine your exact needs and develop a bespoke programme for you comprising a mixture of support as needed. 

• Business Case Development –   Your business case is the heart of your funding application. We have extensive experience in UK government, local authority and European business case requirements.  If you need capacity to write a business case we  provide you with that capacity.

• Project Development  from concept to application. This is more complex than pure business case development. We provide the temporary capacity support to develop  your initial concept into a viable format, work with your team to  navigate your internal processes,  source funding stream(s) develop a business case and provide application writing support. 
•  Funding Strategy  for programmes and projects. Your organisation might have an outline programme or series of projects you would like to see delivered over a specific timescale. This support  provides you with the basics for creating an impactful programme that delivers what you need, as you need it and  identifies potential funding streams.  This is an intensive workstream that works with your organisation to develop  short, medium and long term strategies to maximise funding.   
• Application Critical Friend. For this we act as an appraiser of your draft application, helping you to pinpoint gaps and ensuring your application meets the agenda of the funder. 
• Funding Advice. This is a  regular catch-up provision with your organisation or team to discuss what you have in mind for projects and how they might be viable for funding.
